It would be nice to have more information presented in the user interface to know what is happening, or how to reverse it.
For example, when I installed and it started, it did a scan of my entire system. Took about 12 hours, and reported 4 files that it disabled. I could see that the last one was one of my crypto miners, but couldn't tell what the first three were because there didn't seem to be any way to review the results. Even worse, I don't know how to undo the disabling, and restore my crypto miners to operation.
Don't keep me in the dark: tell me what you did, and now to overrule, if I want to.
