I bought AV PRO last May for a sensational 80% discount but I now seem to be finally using it … until last week I was getting daily nags about my TRIAL version has expired. Can you imagine surviving on a trial version for 10 months when you had a PRO sitting on the shelf? Still don’t know for sure what I did right today but the months of nags are gone. My PRO expires in May.

They make you pay 199.00 for a service contract then they fix it, put on a WEBROOT SECURITY SYSTEM for free which is great. However My main reason for staying with TOTAL AV Is because I like to scan and remove my browser and junk mail after using my Desk Top.

My experience with TotalAV has been that I am quoted one price/fee and then all sorts of additional sums are added and in addition I was billed monthly as well. There is a dishonesty in the marketing of this product!

A great product, so easy to use, buy it... BUT
It is way too cumbersome to pick one file over another. Could be separated into columns (with options, by size (already does that), oldest first, by folder name, etc. and a select all in one column or the other... would not be that hard, but the way it is now, it is almost a so what...)

24 hours after downloading free antivirus, i received notice my trial had expired and suggested not-free alternatives. also when uninstalling, publisher is shown as unknown. deceitful and unhelpful.
