TotalAV revved my CPU in excess of 30% regularly and it would stay there until I did an "end task". I contacted their tech support 4 different times (I was too generous with my time), and they were not able to solve the problem.
I contacted their team to cancel my account and they wasted more of my time and as of this time, they still haven't removed my credit card from my account with them.

I still have outstanding extra money that I have paid to the tune of $19.00, $39.00 and $39.00 for a total of $97.00. You program kept indicating that you have to fill the pay form. I thought that I did not pay for some reason, so I paid again. And it still comes with the form to fill in the credit card information, and at the same time it would say that your free TotalAV has expired. That was why I rated 4 instead of 5. I would like this solved.

It looks like a lot went into removing all the bad things that were in my Devices. I hope I never get close to having these problems again. TotalAV did a good job.
